Hi, I am Soumen Banerjee. I am currently an Associate Professor at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, Chengdu.
​I obtained my PhD from the National University of Singapore in 2022, and MS (Quantitative Economics) from the Indian Statistical Institute in 2017.
My research areas are based around theoretical and applied mechanism design. Some of my recent work also focuses on the mechanism design aspects of platforms and digital economies.
